  QN Designs didn’t just transform our kitchen, they transformed our lifestyle and functionality of our house. After engaging over 12 different kitchen renovation companies over a period of 9 months, we finally decided on QN Designs and it was an easy decision at that stage. The other 11 companies came up with designs/ideas, which were just modernizing the existing layout and adding some more cupboards. David Do, from QN Designs, came up with an innovative concept, which completely changed the layout of our kitchen, utilizing dead space and incorporating our dining room. Our ability to entertain large numbers of people is now very easy and our small family dinners are a pleasure also. The before and after pictures tell the best story. I cannot recommend QN Designs highly enough. Their friendly, attentive staff are incredibly helpful through every step of the process, their timeliness is on point and the after sales service cannot be faulted. The quality of the products they use is high end at medium prices. Needless to say, we are very happy with our new kitchen/house and shout out a big thanks to David and his team at QN Designs.

  QN Designs made our kitchen renovation such an effortless experience. Right from the start they impressed us with their prompt service and product knowledge. David Do from sales and marketing came to our house to measure our kitchen and seek information about our expectations on a Friday morning and we were sitting in QN's Morley Head Office the next afternoon looking at two designs to choose from. They were the only company that we had quotes from that made us think outside the box. The incredible designs were in 3D and offered ideas we had not even thought about. We were never pressured and both David and Ha's attitude, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Their quote was very acceptable and the Tradesmen they recommended for the plumbing, gas, electricity, flooring and plastering were excellent. All the tradesmen arrived on time according to the project schedule for our kitchen and flooring installation and the finish date was met accordingly. It only took 10 days from start to finish to install the kitchen and lay the floorboards which was incredible. David and Ha always made themselves available to answer any concerns and queries we had as the project progressed. We were over the moon with the finished result and it exceeded our initial expectations. Other family members were so impressed with our kitchen that they have also sought QN Designs to renovate their kitchen. The results speak for themselves in quality and design. We are now renovating our 2 bathrooms and did not even bother getting quotes from other companies. We went straight to QN Deisgns. The excellent service has not wavered since our last dealings with them and David and Ha welcomed us like friends when we walked into the shop. This company comes highly recommended.

  Whilst no purchase decisions were made there and the intended renovation work was delayed, I was well treated by the owner of the store who was happy to inform me of the services they provided which was impressively capable for a small store. It was all done in a non-intrusive manner and I was never pressured to buy any products. The quality and materials were great and I believe custom services were offered to create say a granite benchtop to your required specifications and all for a reasonable price. Plenty of variation on offer! I definitely will consider them for future needs as I've had far worse experiences with larger stores and their offerings and services. Great local business as far as I could tell.
