::The car deal secured was good so we went ahead with purchase on 30th June and settled on vehicle in full in early August. Qteme have failed to refund our $2000 deposit 7 weeks later, they never answer their phones, fail to respond to emails and now the one contact we had has disconnected their phone. Completely crooked, have reported to Dept of Fair Trading and police for criminal conduct. If I could give zero stars I would.

::I requested for a new ford ranger they got some temptable quote to get my business and promised to deliver the car in two weeks time, after the dealer contacted me the real delivery time was two months and Geoff from Quote Me couldn't do anything about it and despite failure of supplying the car he didn't refund my deposit as if it was my fault, they are bunch of ignorant people and I would not recommend anyone to deal with them. if they were a proper business people they should have refunded $1165 to me and I could still go back to them for next time. Response from the owner in the last week The contract with the dealer allows 30 days from the estimate to deliver the vehicle. This client purchased another car elsewhere before the supplying new car dealer had completed the research on the ordered vehicle. The terms and conditions that are in place with all dealers have been stable for some time and the delivery date expectation is always one that is subject to weather, production, sales volume, logistics and any number of other issues. The dealers always try their very best however on this instance the client purchased a second car within a few weeks and the dealers best efforts could not change that fact. My Respond to the dealer: the Manager call me to discuss the matter and left the conversation half way and did not call me back again to finalize it and not replying to my email. I planned to purchase the car before ending the financial year and Quote Me salesman who appointed a dealer to me they were unable to deliver the car even 30days after the contract and I told the sales man if you can't find me any car by the end of today, next day is the last day of financial year for me to sign a contract with another guy who I could pick up the car next day and I waited the whole day but he didn't get back to me and I didn't want to lose my chance buying the car at special rate. Unfortunately these people did not accept my request of refunding the deposit and I will complain to fair trading about this to get my hard working money back. it is unfair to steal people's money!!!!!

::A very disappointing deal with this company I was pretty much bullied into buying the car and the deal I was promised was never delivered , I have also reported this company to authorities in hope to prevent it happening to anyone else as there seems to be nothing I can do to get them to follow up with their deal they promised. Once the deal was signed they then became very elusive not taking any of my phone calls or answering messages or emails thank goodness I even got the car and now would never recommend them to anyone.
