  This hotel offers the perfect location if you are heading away on a cruise the next day as it’s right across the road from the cruise terminal, and the price is reasonable... We are repeat customers and will come back again and again

  I like to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to accomodation when traveling for business or pleasure, but this is the straw that has broke the camels back. Let me give you the run down, Have stayed at this place numerous times for business and the business has put plenty of expense into this place for numerous events, but after tonight I will not stay here again. First issue was being put on the road side of the motel and all I got was noise, 2nd time I had stayed here was being put on road side with a broken air con, 3rd time was being placed on the”quiet side” of the place with a bed that sank in the middle that was so soft it hurt my back. The 4th time I had stayed here I was put in behind the office where the back of the fridge that is in reception faced and hummed all night and the tv did not even work with stains on the carpet and a room that would scare a dog. Now I do not like having to do this but I have had enough of trying to support this accomodation when all I get are rooms that something is wrong and don’t get me wrong I have stayed in some nice rooms whilst staying here but they have been minimal (2good rooms out of 10 disappointing rooms) compared to the terrible rooms I have been placed in, tonight I was placed on the “quiet side” and under the air con are towels placed on the floor with a sign printed out stating “Do not turn the a/c below 23•” and this is because the a/c leaks which is only due to the drain hose being blocked!! Seriously it is not that difficult to clear a drain hose! Last but not least.. this will be the last time I stay or recommend the Quality Inn on 620 Kingsford Smith Drive. Very disappointed

  the room eas unclean and stinky. there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. the place was sold was having a swimming pool which is a green mouldy pool out of action .very disappointing experience

  Rooms smell funny! Not a Four Star Hotel! More Like a Three Star!

  Place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Easy drive to airport.
