Great displays and wonderful staff we were lucky enough to experience the Egyptian display which was a highlight of our trip. The Australian animal display covers a lot of animals and we were able to experience a hands on experience with a Golden orb spider. We also saw turtles hatching then on to the dinosaurs. We look forward to our next visit

Great free museum to bring the kids, especially on a hot day. Several floors of science exhibits took about an hour to go through, there are paid exhibits too that we did not check out. There is a small cafe on site, but didn’t look too promising so we ate elsewhere - lots of flies landing on open food, no thanks. Nice little out door area with dinosaur exhibits for the kids to run wild in contrast to the quiet time indoors. It was an awesome visit and super cool that it was free!

Love the new top floor! Glass walls of wonderful exhibits and secret tunnels for kids to explore. Always a lovely trip. Dinosaurs are a must see and the discovery area with microscope keeps the kids still for ten minutes 😃

Interesting exhibitions and free admission. Wheelchair parking and accessibility. Good place for children to learn, explore and have fun. It's a perfect escape from summer heat. Don't forget the art gallery nearby, also free entry. There's a great exhibit of first nations art and culture.
