::We had a very enjoyable stay over the Christmas period , the location was very well suited to all the shops, Restaurants, DFO shopping Mall and many other goodies! We were particularly impressed with the staff and the reassurance of what the Hotel could offer during our stay. It is a surprisingly quiet corner of this district nestled among a busy transiting area, a definite plus! However just a few minors to the room but this was sorted quickly. But it would be great to have a walk in shower rather than a slippery bath tub. The room is a little dated but it makes up for the space it provides and the kitchen is a plus, great size esp the fridge. Would definitely return ... well done to the team we dealt with during our stay!

::Quest Southbank is in a reasonably good location. The single bed apartment is a Good size and very clean. The downside is the condition / maintenance of the apliances etc. The washing machine door opened by itself and the machine carried on working, it siezed up when reaching the spin cycle. The tumble dryer stopped turning every couple of minutes. The car park door oposite the room keeps slamming every time it's used. Lack of useful cooking utensils and pans.

::Clean and quiet. Good size living area and good kitchen. Walking distance to South bank and Flanders st. Also close to tram to St Kilda.

::Nice room and amenities for the price, and staff were incredibly helpful. Would have been even better with slightly more water pressure in the shower and better quality pillows. The onsite car park is helpful but would be very difficult to navigate for a large vehicle.
