  The worst service ever! Unbelievable... didn't show up the fist time as was booked for 10am Saturday. After numerous phone calls with no answer, I emailed them. It wasn't until 3:30pm that day that I got a reply email saying sorry there was a mix up. They had booked me in for the wrong Saturday. I had specifically addressed that I was moving out and needed it done that day only. In the reply email Noah offered to have a tech out to me for 4:30pm. I replied 3 Minutes after that email with yes please I need it done today!... No reply confirmation. I waited and waited again for nothing. Again, NO SHOW. So, the next morning I had to move out, end of tenancy, and had to explain to my real estate why I had no receipt for steam clean of the couch. Also hadto start driving to Brisbane from Darwin that day. So, thanks for nothing Quick Dry Steam Clean NT. Now a far higher fee will be taken out of my bond due to your incompetence and neglect. Yeah I'm pissed off!

  Noah did a great job, very professional and friendly, him and his team did a bond clean on my property and made the process of vacating the property very easy, my property manager even made a comment on how impressed she was with the cleaning done.
