  Rented a house though them, very helpful staff, looked after us really well, any maintenance requests were quickly dealt with. Have to express our thanks to Renee, went out of her way to make sure we were happy, Thank you :)

  I rented an apartment at Harbour Lights through Ray White at Cairns Central and Michelle Hunter was the Business Development Manager who managed the property. She was always very professional to deal with, the level of service was excellent, and the documentation and attention to detail from this organisation made everything very clear and easy for everyone. I would highly recommend either using Ray White as your property manager, or renting a property through them. Either way, the process will be seamless. Its not often a real estate agent can keep the owner and the tenant happy at the same time, but they did. Well done!

  I've been investing in property for over 15 years and have experienced a vast number of property managers in that time. Rebecca Kassulke from Ray White Cairns Central recently took control of an investment property in Cairns, and in that time we have been blown away by her amazing service. She is extremely efficient in replying to emails and dealing with problems that have come up, and her communication is first class. By far and away the best property manager we've ever had!

  Angela Capitanio is the modern efficient Real Estate woman of North Queensland. She is great at finding the right deal for every ones budget. She is the prime time example of pure success due to her persistence and determination.
