  This is a fantastic boutique-style gym with a good selection of equipment. The place is always clean and well organised, with new equipment regularly introduced. They also offer body scans and an infrared sauna. During the day, a range of healthy food options are available to purchase, as well as high quality protein in a number of flavours. The environment is relaxed and non-judgemental, which is perfect for anyone hesitant to start out on their fitness journey, and the staff are always around to provide assistance when needed. The staff are well trained beyond what you would expect of trainers, and are able to provide assistance with weight loss, endurance training, muscle building and injury recovery/prevention. The owner Michael is approachable and knows his clients on a personal level. They offer classes ranging from strength and endurance to small group personal training, as well as a class for mothers with babies (onsite child minding included). From time to time they also run seminars on fitness and healthy eating. Perhaps the biggest perk of this gym, is that the adorable schnauzer Sasha is always ready to congratulate you on finishing your workout. Overall this is a fantastic place to start or continue your fitness journey.

  I've been training with Tom for the last 6 months or so. He has helped me manage my pre-existing shoulder injuries through the weigh training process and I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Tom as a trainer and this gym as the place to go.

  I love the small PT group classes which really provide tailored solutions to individual needs. They are challenging and results orientated whilst allowing me to workout with other like minded individuals. MIchael and Tom you are excellence fitness professionals who ensure PT and body scans, nutrition plans and motivation are delivered in this cost effective and holistic program. Thanks Guys you've made fitness a normal part of my life, not something to be avoided.

  This is gym is like no other. The Re-boot team will instantly make you feel welcome and supported. I am 3 weeks into a 12 week challenge and feel so good both physically and mentally. The hard work is proven in the results of the body scans and I can't wait to see the transformation over the next 9 weeks. With the support and encouragement from the very talented Re-boot team anything is possible!! Strongly recommend checking out this gym; you won't regret it.
