  I've had to refund and exchange products a couple of times, usually where you can measure customer service and helpfulness and the manager here is excellent. She was attentive, fair and understanding. I was impressed. The staff here is helpful and professional and the assortment of product is good. Best Rebel Sport I've bought from.

  I purchased a product online and chose the color I wanted because the store near my home did not have the black blue product. I got to this store to get the product and figured out that it is not the colour I bought. I wasted my time and money going there and waited for the staff to find my product in stock. The staff recommended me to collect the product and tried to exchange it in the store five minutes from there and I lost more time because the store didn't have it as well and it is complicated to be refunded because of PayPal. To conclude, I will be refunded only within two business day. I SHOULD BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. I am not going to buy any product more there and I would not recommend this retailer to my worst enemy.

  I would rate this store no stars if I could. I went there last Friday to return a pair of sneakers. I had worn them once. The manager of the store and the other customer service representative were very rude. They did not let me exchange or refund the shoes. They said they were "thrashed and scuffed" and it looked like I had worn them multiple times. It was very much uncalled for. The shoes were very painful and they would dig into my feet and hence I needed to exchange them. Anyway two days after I went to the store in Macquarie centre and the staff were absolutely lovely. They were sympathetic to my problem with the shoes and after examining the shoes they said it was totally fine for me to see if there were some other shoes I could exchange them for. So this proves that the city store needs better staff. the staff there should be sacked.
