Peter and Greg at Rebound Physio are two of the best Physio’s I have ever been treated by. I am pretty accident prone so I have seen a few in my time. Both Peter and Greg are consummate professionals and give you the one to one care that you want and need. I recently dislocated my knee and have been working with Greg. Greg is a wonderful physio who is very knowledgeable. He has provided me with both clinical and practical advice and support through my rehab. He is also incredibly personable and caring. I would and have, recommend Rebound Physio to anyone.

::Rebound Physio is my go to for injuries. And sadly, I have a few. The treatment sessions are always very thorough and include an initial assessment and discussion, mix of exercise rehabilitation exercise options, demonstrations in a very handy nearby gym followed by treatment in many formats: compression massage, kneading, trigger point release, dry needling, supported stretching and heat/electro therapies. Always after a session do you feel that, due to the treatment, your back on track and closer to recovery. If you're local, you shouldn't be going anywhere else!

::Peter at Rebound fixed my back in 2 visits, after I straining my rhomboids doing weights the wrong way. He knows his stuff and works with his hands to get results, rather than relying mostly on machines like other physio's I've been to. I highly recommend him.
