  Good stock and let’s you see in person what’s advertised online but check prices elsewhere, as they inflate them, then say they’re on sale (final price ends up same as retail). If you find what you want, go for it, if not, I’d choose the real boutique experience.

  Please don’t buy any bag from them; they sell used bag as brand new after cleaning and polishing. They have very bad customer service. They put designer bags one sell for cheap price (as brand new) because they are used and don’t come with manufacturer’s packaging. They are fraud and scamming a customer so please becareful from such un authoritised retailer. One last thing, Reebonz buy damaged and broken designer bags, and they repair it with their repair team and then sell it as brand new or great condition Hope this helps new and gullible customers.

  If there is 0 rating, I will select 0.Do not go there, they have the worse service, I am existing customer, purchased Hermes bag there before spent $22000, but now in the process sending some bags in for sale, they are offering the worse service, the staff name Kelly is very rude and impatient, not going back there again. Should have gone to fashionfile, a lot better service and prices also a lot better. Good luck to their business with mess up system and rude manager Kelly

  The service was a mess. They did not say hello to me. They were busy talking with each other. I asked him if he had this stock, but he said just no. I was in a bad mood. I finally bought another store. I hope the service has improved.

  就一点吧，价格虚高，典型的先提价格再给你打折的那种。其中一款爱马仕包店里跟我们说的情况跟附近爱马仕专卖店的完全不一样，价格也高出不少。旁边无数正品店，建议购买前先比较一下。 The price is higher than other stores. I guess it's because the store rises the price first and then give it a "huge discount" to attract customers. There was a Hermes handbag which price is 15k, the staff bluffed how rare and difficult to get it, but there was a same one just in the Hermes store in the city. I don't know why this happened to us just because we are Chinese? My suggestion it's to first compare with other stores before you make a purchase in the store.
