::A great venue for obscure films that probably won't make the larger cinemas. You can take your own snacks and drinks which makes it absolutely wonderful. Check them out online for what's showing. You generally need to book ahead as seating is limited in this venue.

::Since moving away from Newcastle, my partner & I are missing this charming old cineman its fun theme nights with nibbles, & the selection of Indie films George introduced us to when we visited. While there are other independent & arthouse cinemas in Brisbane, none I've found are run with the same passion shown by Jo, George & their merry band of volunteers. Hopefully The Regal continues to welcome people from all walks of life for many years to come & we'll be back to visit again before too long!

::Small intimate cinema. Best value in town, with unlimited free snacks and drinks included in your ticket price of only $8. Cheap choc tops. Comfortable seats, although not tiered, so get there early to get a good seat if you're short or with kids. Friendly manager / cashier film announcer, and wonderful volunteer catering team. Shows a range of Hollywood and independent films. Popular with over 55s, but plenty to be enjoyed by all ages. Parking lot and on street spaces available, free. Up to 300m walk. Disabled ramp access at the side. Air conditioned. Great community facility.

::Love this place. Love the vibe, the movies they play you would never see at the popular movie places and their movie choices are just great. The staff and service are beautiful and they work so hard to make you happy and comfortable. I would recommend this movie cinema over any other cinema any day. I can’t recommend them enough.
