  The location of the Hotel is fantastic, right in the centre other nicest area other Rocks and also on a quiet back street parallel to Elizabeth Street (the main street). The staff here are fantastic and the only real let down (based only on my room) was the room itself. If all the rooms are the same, I would say the hotel rooms are crying out for refurbishment. Carpets, fixtures and fittings are very dated and worn. If they improve on this, it could be a stunning hotel in a great location. Unfortunately I didn't get to eat here due to an early morning flight, but the restaurant area did look pretty nice when peeking in. There is also a gym and (I think) a pool. 5 out of 5 for location and Staff, unfortunately the rooms need a refresh.

  Hotel needs to renovated as the rooms are old. Upgrade to a room with a view was excessively expensive for what you got. Won't be going back. Positive note, staff very friendly.

  The Staff and receptionists were excellent couldn’t fault them. Our family booked this Hotel off the internet for my husbands 70th birthday present. We were expecting a room not a studio but hey ho. It needed more than a lick of paint.

  The location of the hotel is amazing! Close to Circular Quay and in the oldest neighborhood. There are stores, restaurants and bars close so it's really convenient. The staff was very friendly and professional. The common areas of the property are nice - especially the pool and hot tub area. The room was a little outdated and could use a freshening up. It was large and comfortable but just seemed worn out. We looked out onto a street/alley in the back. I know some of the rooms have a view of the harbor. It may not be possible but I think it would be a great addition if there was a rooftop lounge where guests could relax and take in the view. I don't think we'd stay here again if we were in Sydney. The location was great but for the money we paid I expected a little more from the room itself.

  We loved it here! Absolutely fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was good. A bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. Worth the upgrade for the balcony room, amazing views of bridge, opera house.
