  We have been taking all of our family cars (5) to this mechanical workshop for 10 years. On nearly all occasions the jobs are carried out very well and the cars have kept on going really well. The prices are reasonable and the explanations of what has been done are fine. When a problem is discovered after a service or repair they manage this very well and always are thoughtful about the price and our time. Brian is a nice guy with a self confessed need to be a better communicator. Ok he is not a perfect person. So who is? The way around it is to call Brian and speak to him. He is always willing to talk and explain. I also have a classic car that he has gone out of his way to look after and has been excellent at sourcing parts and information about it. Don't hesitate to go there. Just persevere if you need more words from Brian! Highly recommended.

  I have been using Vic Park Auto for the last 4 years or so, and have always had terrific service from them. Mostly just regular services and one repair. I started with them because my elderly mother-in-law has been using them for her car servicing for quite a few years before that. I observed and noted honesty and good service when other mechanics have taken advantage of her.

  We have both cars serviced here for nearly 3 years and never had a problem. We got recommended by colleague who uses them regularly and we couldn't be happier. There pricing is great compared to Ultra Tune who we had been using previously.

  We had to replace the gearbox from our Ford Focus. This procedure took 4 weeks (I hired a car in this time for roughly 300$ per week) and instead to put a healthy and good function gearbox in, they put an old and faulty one in. I wanted them to replace it and they just kept ignoring my enquiry by telling me, ohh sorry we totally forgot about it etc. 2 weeks later I gave up and let it be. This whole thing costed me around 2700$. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place.
