  Good honest staff. I left a dag behind and a week later the staff had it put aside. A big tick for Mayfield McD.

  Service is below average, was told something wasnt available at a discounted price from the manager to the customer service lady at the counter while we were standing right their in front of both of them, asked if we still wanted the meal, obviously we did and not that we asked. Than once we received our meal, we sat down, realised we were missing one of our chips, went back to get the order sorted, had the customer service lady and manager look through the bag, look at the receipt and look outside where we sitting, implying we were lying about our missing product.. No apology, gave us the product with a minimal amount of chips and than turned around and ignored us. We used our manners, understand these things happen in a fast food chain and courteously asked to have our product supplied that we had paid for, only to be treated as if it was our fault? Could do with some training on the customer service front and proper order line management. Sadly not the first time we've had an experience like this, it would be third time in a row. Beware, if you want attitude with a smile, slapped together food and incorrect orders by all means, eat here. If not, spend the extra 10 minutes to go to hexham or king st McDonald's. You are a lucky I'm a sucker for a cheeseburger.

  This is the very first review of Mcdonalds I have ever done. Ordered a tomato relish roll meal that arrived without tomato and very small amount of relish. I asked the counter staff member if it was meant to have tomato, after consideration she said yes, and said sorry. But, no offer of replacement. She then happily charged me for my additional coffee for a friend. Both coffees were absolutely the worst I have ever experienced at Mcdonalds. Burnt is the best description. Very very Poor quality on this occasion.

  pretty average mcdonalds store, usually fast to serve but orders get messed up from time to time. entry and exit can be a problem but there is lots of parking.

  Been here many times, but I've decided to do a review... went there on a seriously hot day to be greated by an even hotter inside temperature....I waited at the counter where they just ignored me to fill several uber eats orders... Finally im served... ordered...took a seat where I discovered a fly colony exists....went outside...seemed safer and mildly cooler... Got my food... and that's about it.... Same old same old.
