  This is by far the best Mcdonalds in the Newcastle area. The food 10/10 The service 10/10 Thank you to the managers and staff for keeping a high standard where others seem to fail.

  Food at maccas just doesnt feel like good value unless it is part of the penny pincher menu. On the plus side, most staff are awesome and very friendly, so that definitely jumps my rating up two stars. Tables were dirty, cluttered with old food wrappers though, and make times are horrible in peak times. Spose you can't expect too much from maccas.

  Great new store in Charlestown & a credit to the management. As is usual there is very friendly attentive staff who make you feel welcome and look forward to returning soon.

  It has been a long time since I have enjoyed maccas so much. It tastes like I remember as a kid. Not sure how long it will last but get in while you can...

  Probably the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to! This store has recently been refurbished and was clean, light and bright with lots of different seating options. We used the kiosks to order with no problems and our breakfast was prepared quickly. The food and coffee were hot and fresh and a staff member cleared our table for us after our meal.
