  This is a review from a while ago but when I stayed there the Maori owners were really nice until I went to leave then they showed their true colours and tried lying and extorting me by saying I stayed there longer than I did and that I didnt pay rent (which I did but they tried to lie and take advantage of me) and demanded I give them money that they didnt deserve, dont stay there unless you want to get ripped off or intimidated by them, there are better places in Mildura that wont try to exploit you, avoid this place like the plague

  Very expensive and the owners are never there they are Tongan people and they kick permanent people out when there friends come to work here. It's not right I recommend people to go elsewhere

  A truly disappointing experience. River Road Caravan Park boasts on its own website that it's a 3 and a half star, clean and well maintained park with beautiful photos showing its facilities. In reality it is anything but that. It is a park of a developing country's standard. The level of maintenance and cleanliness is appalling. The amenities block has not been cleaned for maybe 6 months, full of fecal debris, tufts of hair on shower floor, sand, dirt and vermin. The grounds are littered with cigarette buts and used tissues, the barbeque area is equally dirty with rusty barbeque and kitchen area fit for only rats. The pool is a murky, grey colour and the office is a circus.This place should be shut down immediately because it is a health hazard. I am perplexed, how it has escaped the scrutiny of the Health Authorities. I have photos to prove the disgusting state this whole park is in. It is totally unrateable, it gets -15 stars from me.
