  requested for bond money upon arrival. this wasn't communicated while booking. overall service was ok, but the place had weird vibes. won't recommend anyone unless you have no other options.

  The smelly bin & flies at front door should have alerted me to the below standard facilities....it did not improve as we entered the room, horrible odour throughout entire place, filthy kitchen cupboards, broken patio door, not at all happy with the standard of rooms, facilities etc. WILL NOT RETURN!

  Bedrooms too small and beds uncomfortable. Kitchen unpractical drawers were hard to open. Not very well maintained. The service/cleaning to the room was almost non existent. Couldn't use the air conditioner under 22 degrees other wise it would shit itself and the guests at the time would have to foot the bill of $100 maintenance fee. Had own garage, however every time we were leaving and returning. There was a car parked in front usually a staff member. Spoke to management about this and it continued during the entire stay. Management totally ignoring our grievance regarding parking. When checking out got into an argument about using a third bedroom. They wanted to charge us an extra $40 a night. When we were never informed before and during the stay not to use this room. Obviously catching unsuspecting guests out charging the extra fees. I can go on and on. Never to stay again. Pathetic.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Is there a 0 star rating. Apartments were disgusting smelly. No easy access. Stupidly high bond ( average 8-12 times higher then industry leading companies) unhelpful and incompetent staff.

  VERY uncomfortable beds. Almost no kitchen items for cooking and eating to speak of. What is there is cheap and nasty. Furniture is cheap, nasty and flimsy. Very very poor standard for a serviced apartment. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Noisy apartment. Very thin walls. Not a pretty outlook at all - and Adelaide is a beautiful city. Front desk staff were doing all they could. Any issues were largely ignored or dismissed by management though. These guys don't take much pride in the service they provide. Definitely won't be staying here again.
