  Coming from an industry I had previously been in for over 16 years I found the prospect of a career change daunting, and a lot of that angst was due to experiences on both sides of the fence with recruitment agents. To be clear they were all negative, but with Tom’s outstanding industry Knowledge, contacts and insights he quickly changed my mind.
