::An interesting corner of Sydney's magnificent Hyde Park. Sandringham Gardens is immaculately maintained and contains an abundance of seating compared to other sections of the park. What should be a peaceful and serene location is actually very noisy due to the close proximity of heavy traffic on Elizabeth and Park streets. This provides a suitable and well used location for groups of young travellers who play music and gather at night which makes for a festive and lively atmosphere at times. They seem to behave and look after their surrounds as no issues of rubbish or detritus seem to occur.
