  Ordered a steak and he didn't ask if I wanted it medium or well done... also ordered a chocolate pizza for the dessert yet we didn't get it and it wasn't on the bill either.. poor customer service.. food are ok but pricey.

  Rude and unaccomodating to food allergies. Popped in for breakfast and, due to a food allergy, asked for mushrooms to be substituted for something else. The Spanish waitresses explained that they could leave it out for free or substituting it would cost extra. We explained that it was due to a food allergy, and that most of the items on the menu would require a substitution, and that we didn’t feel it was fair to be penalised for having a food allergy. She said she’d go check, but never returned, leaving us sitting there waiting. Then when we finally got up and paid for our drinks, she said “sorry it is policy” and her demeanour was abrupt and uncaring. May I add, she also looked dirty, as she was wearing a dirty, stained apron. Just unacceptable consider eating elsewhere if you have a food allergy or think you may need to substitute anything on the menu.

  The rib-eye steak was on special, so we ordered it. It was very fatty. The waitress unfortunately forgot to order our herb bread, so it never ended up coming (we weren’t charged - which was appropriate). Also, we had to ask twice for our drinks, and they arrived well after we had finished our meals.

  Great place to eat, including for kids. Service was fast and efficient. Food was very good. Traditional taste and would love to come back.

  Not clear explanation abt the deal. Staff told wrong thing / then paid extra eventually. Price awareness ant clear. Better to ask the price before placing the order. Cost more than what you think
