  Top class training facilities that caters for everyone, Marcus is a very inspirational coach who has built this club to be a happy and fun place to expand your martial arts or fitness goals . All the training is to a very high standard and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else 👍

  Marcus's SASSOM gym refurb is 1st class! Modern top condition equipment and facilities. The layout is well thought out, plenty of all types of clean, well maintained equipment, in plenty of fully air conditioned space, with easy off and on street parking. Being a, passionate and very experienced owner, operated gym, it has a friendly relaxed inviting atmosphere that chain gym operations just cannot create. Check it out, you wont be disappointed! I've been going there for around ten years :-)

  Incredible BJJ school, not only in instruction also the pedigree of Marcus students. I have trained here for close to 10 years and I have enjoyed that time immensely. If you are thinking about taking up BJJ you won't regret training at this school.

  I've been working out here for several years, and it's everything you need in a gym. The gym is clean, the equipment is well maintained and the owner, Marcus, is a top bloke. I highly recommend.

  Amazing gym with great members - no egos/attitudes. Love the atmosphere in the afternoons. Awesome setup with plenty of weights and equipment. Marcus and his staff keep the gym floor and equipment very clean and are always welcoming.
