  Good ocean view from lounge and balcony. Busy road between apartments and beach therefore it is not absolute beachfront if that is what you are after. Old and dated, little bit grotty and poorly cleaned finding other people's hair and poor cleaning upon arrival. Couldn't access internet and front desk was unhelpful and issue was not resolved. Ok location but wouldn't choose to stay here again.

  Been to Gold coast a few times and this is the best accommodation by far. Highly recommend for excellent service from staff （David）at all hours. Quick to answer when called and attended within 5 mins! Spa, sauna, pool, gaming room, surfers main beach across the road. The team also provide body boards etc to hire out at decent prices. Amazing views - as promised I had an amazing view of the beach/waves from my balcony. I woke up and slept to the beautiful sounds of the waves every day Hotel cleanliness - now I know a few people on here go on about the cleanliness of this place which did get me reconsidering... but the pictures made me say yes. GUYS.. THIS PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN! I have 2 young kids who came with me and 1 that has asthma so I am very picky. but seriously, if you are judging from the little bits of dust here and there then this place is perfectly clean in my eyes.

  David the manager is so incredibly rude to guests and thinks everything is a joke. Will never recommend this place to anyone it's appalling. If you want guests to come back I would recommend getting a new manager who knows how to talk to people. Very poor service would give half a star if I could.

  Beautiful views. Great location. Not clean! Worn out and tired. Needs a refurbishment. Towels and bed sheets changed after a week but floors toilet and sink not cleaned.

  Great 2 bedroom apartment. All rooms quite large....bathroom and ensuite.....air conditioner in lounge....ceiling fans in other rooms. Self contained fully equipped kitchen. Close to beach...easy road access to main shopping areas. Friendly staff.
