  Boom gates are often not working (up) and people drive in and then you can't get exit. Several times it has taken 30 minutes to exit the car park. Gone down hill dramatically over the past year.

  Used to have a pre payed park. Management ended up putting cleaners car in my bay carpark multiple times. Leading me to take other persons park at their advice. Not professional for a business. Manned office on site, lies. I had to call on occasions due to various issues. One point I ended up blocking the cleaners car in my bay till I finished work. I shouldnt have to take another's park because their management can't manage/count how many parks they have. Gave up on their poor management of this carpark. You can get a better carpark elsewhere for sure.

  Tried to get a park there was none available even with the sign out front saying there was parks had to go up and down several times then got charged 6 dollars with even parking ? Please if the car park is full please put a sign saying so

  Hard to get a park. Drove up 4 levels of reserved park before looking for a spot.

  When you prepay a park, you expect to get a park, not drive around 15 mins then have to call and be told to park in a reserve car park. also had by car hit, no cameras on any level, poor
