  I had my lashes done for the first time here and the girl that I saw did a beautiful job, they really did look amazing however I went to sleep that same night and when I woke up the next morning a lot of lashes were on my pillow. I brushed them to get them the right way and most came out in the brush. In less than 48 hours all of my new lashes were gone. In my first consultation I disclosed that I had had a few previous problems keeping lashes on for some reason but I was able to get between 2 and 3 weeks out of a set. I called first thing on Monday and left a message. My call was returned on opening on the Tuesday and I was told that it must be my eyes and pretty much too bad, so sad. I wasn't asked to come in to have a look or anything and was told that the products were exceptional and as I was the only person with issues, it couldn't possibly be their fault. I appreciate the follow up phone call but I work in customer service and if this happened in my store, I'd be bending over backwards to help. Word of mouth is the strongest publicity a business has and due to the lack of attention after happily taking my business, I felt it necessary to post this review.

  Good Afternoon, I go to Sheer Elegance every week and week after week there Service Gets better. The girls there are so lovely and are an absolute delight. I have several different services there and could no even reccomend a better place. Service is perfect every time. Absolutely Amazing!!!

  I have been coming to Sheer Elegance on an almost weekly basis for about six months now. The customer service is always cheerful and the employees are extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and services, offering helpful advice whenever I need it. The treatment rooms are decorated like a resort which makes visits feel relaxing and the wide range of services on offer means that all beauty needs can be catered for. Overall it's a wonderful establishment and I would highly recommend it. P.S. Look out for the monthly specials - they're a great opportunity to save money and still pamper yourself at the same time.
