::Single builders are the most poorly organised and run project builders i have ever had the misfortune to be involved with. My two house project took 12 months instead of 6 months contracted....stuff up after stuff up some work done 4 times. One house knocked down and started again. Would never use them ever again.......dont recommend them in anyway shape or form
