  Bought an iPhone 6 here with 3 month warranty for a great price. Only thing was that the camera sound doesn’t turn off, but they said I can come in and replace it but never got round to it. Had for 8 months now and works great👍🏼

  Be aware when purchasing from this shop, the iphones are refurbished or replaced with a fake screen. The phones are cheap for a reason. In addition to this, when dealing with the asian lady at the front desk she was rude, narcy and dodgy - doing business with her was everything but good service. When showing up to buy a phone she had an unimpressed look on her face. I implore you to go to other shops on the goldcoast for true blue good quality goods and service. Also be aware that many of the reviews on google for this shop are fake and paid for.

  I dropped off my phone because it wasn’t charging and left it there to be fixed the next day. But then unfortunately the shop had a fire that night and my phone has been sitting in the shop for a couple of weeks now (as far as I know) I don’t live in Surfers Paradise, I live in New Zealand and I was on holiday there. I have tried calling and emailing but I haven’t had any luck. I would really like my iphone back and I’m also wondering if the shop has liability insurance if it has been destroyed?

  Amazing staff and service. After being stuffed around at platinum phones in Southport I went to this place and left 100% satisfied. Sophie was amazing to deal with and very helpful. Will be back for anything phone related! 😊
