  I found the staff at Smales Jewellers in Subiaco, particularly Rosina, very helpful and knowledgeable. Brian was also. Their interpersonal skills were exceptional when serving their customers. I observed many people who were very satisfied with their purchase experiences. Corrie, is the Service Manager and was also very obliging and flexible re watch servicing arrangements.   A really wonderful jewellery and watch store. I have a small collection of watches and Ron Smales and his team did a fantastic job of repairing and restoring some old family heirlooms. These watches are unusual and hold great family significance, so we were grateful they were looked after with care and pride. Would recommend this store if looking for a business that genuinely cares and looks after it customers.

  I have shopped at Smales jewellers, Subiaco for over 17 years and have always found their service great, with quality watches and jewellery, and helpful friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality watches or jewellery at very competitive prices. Follow has always been excellent especially with maintenance and servicing of watches.

  I was referred to Ron after having no luck with a number of other jewellers to fix my omega watch. Ron did not hesitate to take the job on. The service that I received from Ron and staff has been impeccable and his workmanship first class. Could not recommend Ron and Smales more highly. I will be going there for all my jewellery needs from now on. Thanks so much
