  payed $65 they didn't even hose the tray out and there was still dirt inside and outside the vehicle don't waste your money

  Paid $60 for the platinum car wash and clean. Picked up the car and the inside had not even been touched- wheels dirty. Had to drive home and come Back and demand it get done as I had groceries. Not a happy pregnant lady at all. I will not be going back nor recommending this service to anyone. Not happy!

  Fantastic service with a smile! I regularly use Snap Car Wash on level 2 at Westfield Kotara to detail my car. I am always delighted with the service I receive. My car always looks brand new when I drive out. Their attention to detail is fantastic - they don't just vacuum around things in my car, they take great care to ensure everything is done properly. The wheels are beautifully clean, the insides of doors cleaned and interiors looking a million dollars! I have found that everyone always has a smile and will try to accommodate fitting the detail in to my time frame. I have tried other car wash places but find their service and details are no where near as good. Its the best value for money I have found anywhere in Newcastle and I don't hesitate in recommending them.
