  We spent an enjoyably instructive time with Christie who listened to our needs and offered several different options which we tested in store. Very friendly, helpful and informative.

  I was in Cairns browsing for new bedroom furtiture whilst visiting family and happened to spend a good hour in Snooze at DFO with Anne. Most sales agents can be pushy and impatient but Anne didn't try to palm me off when i asked to use the bestMATCH mattress tester and proceeded to make sure we tested every bed that fit our bestMATCH test results. I live in Airlie beach. After the cyclone came through, i decided to make my purchase and i was unable to get my purchase delivered until the house had been completed being restored. So this is months after the original delivery date estimate and no effort has been spared to make sure everything is ok and no hassle to hold the delivery date until needed. While the Mackay store was closer (as well as Townsville) and i was guaranteed to get a price match, i decided to go with Cairns purely based on the customer service i originally recieved and I'm so happy i did. Absolutely outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Anne for any of your Snooze needs.
