::My coffee was luke warm. When I complained I was met with a very rude "well you got it a while ago and you've half drank it". The coffee was tiny one decent mouthful IS half the cup!!! I handed it back as she then said Well I will make you another one. Will never go back . I own my own business and would never keep someone on who speaks like that to any customer!!
