::Wanted to make a purchase in this local store but could not get any service from any staff who totally ignored us for around 20 minutes. When we finally got a staff members attention she was not interested in what we wanted, did not ask or offer any advice & just did not want to be there. She was extemeley negative so after 15 minutes of this we placed our items back on the shelf & we both walked out in disgust. If anyone is looking for a store that offers nothing but bad service, no assistance, no advice, staff with bad attitudes who just don't care then THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU.

::If you need food for animals, toys etc, great place to visit. Lots of different fish to choose from, puppies, etc. There are homes that are really built well for your special pet such as cats, dogs, rabbits. This place is worth a visit, if you have never been there, you will love it. Sometimes an animal, will catch your eye, hard to walk away from. I hope you enjoy the visit & I hope you will return.

::I wonder who employed some of the staff that work here ?! There is a guy who works in the aquarium section and he absolutely knows all about aquatic life. He has always been super helpful. He's a credit to the company. Possibly the only helpful member of staff that I've came across in this store though sadly.
