    Very knowledgeable, friendly instructors who genuinely care and help you to be your best. I love the barre and pilates classes and am so happy to have found exercise that I enjoy and look forward to. I also feel very safe here - the instructors are good at adapting for injuries and have given me helpful suggestions for things I can do at home in between classes as well. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting to improve their health and fitness in a fun and supportive environment!

    I could see a huge difference in my entire body and fitness level after only 2 weeks! It can be hard work or easy, I committed myself to attending a class 4 times a week during the 2 weeks to get my individual result - each class was fun and the instructors very engaged with every participant.

    So glad I found Xtend Barre. Such a welcoming and friendly environment offering fun and challenging workouts for all strength and fitness levels. The instructors are brilliant. Always throwing you new exercises and challenges. They've also equipped me with so much knowledge about my body and different muscle groups so I can get the most out of every workout and they make personal modifications to work around any injuries you may have. I just love the way Xtend Barre makes my body look and feel.

    I have tried a variety of classes, gyms, personal trainers whilst also cycling and running frequently....nothing has improved my fitness levels, flexibility and posture like Xtend Barre. The instructors are enthusiastic, friendly and always provide advice on how to improve your technique. Xtend Barre is different to most other barre classes I have attended because there is a strong focus on cardio and you don't have to be a dancer to get the most out of your class!
