  Pathetic customer service experience. Purchasing glasses for the first time, was given no guidance. Assistant wasn't interested in earning a sale whatsoever. Was told that he was "good at pricing", so to let him know once a pair had been found, rather than doing his job and assisting me find a pair of glasses. Do yourself a favour and go to an independent optical store like Bailey Nelson or The Pinhole Effect (in Adelaide Arcade), and have an enjoyable experience.

  I had a quick eye checkup and trest. My appointment was quick and hassle free. Everyone was really professional and easygoing, particularly Ryan Lester. Great experience, thanks guys.

I paid for the postage and gave you my address.It is now April and you have not contacted me. What went wrong since you had said everything would be ready within two weeks?.
