::I was passed from pillar to post seeing 5 different people to complete my order. They lost the frames that I had chosen. Lucky I had taken a pic. Optometrist says I have minor macular damage but I was not given sufficient explanation about what it means to me and I still don't know. Finally got my glasses and order was filled incorrectly so had to be sent back and corrected. Took another 10 days. I don’t know if this is a common occurrence

::This shop is awesome and has excellent customer service for years. Drew, the optometrist here, has been a superstar. He's extremely smart and competent and surprisingly, very passionate about optometry. He has been a great help with my contact lens problems and is very patient and enthusiastic even on a thursday night. The team running the reception is very customer oriented and has kept customers very happy. enjoying the service here.
