  Poor customer service, put on hold several times for 30 minutes. Eventually got some smart arse who was rude and unhelpful. Had an substantial order that I will be placing elsewhere

  Really nice products in a wide range at reasonable prices, just can be a bit hit and miss with the staffs helpfulness and knowledge of the store.

  Went to the quilting expo yesterday at Spotlight. Sue was amazing with her knowledge.
