  Stood here for 10 mins at checkout waiting to be served whilst staff members ignored us. You need to lift your customer service game folks...

  Not helpful staff, they look annoyed when I asked for help, and when the offered advice they Help showing me options. I would try another store.

  I was after a pirates costume and someone recommended spotlight. they have a lot of costumes available. one item didn't have a price so I went to the counter to ask for a price check and the staff member told me where the self scanner was when he could have just scanned it for me right there? there was no one else in line.
