::Curtains were ordered and I was told to expect them in 2 to 3 weeks; they took two months from when I paid. They turned up and were the wrong material. Two weeks before replacement curtains would arrive, I was told. Another two months before the correct curtains were installed. I'm never going back. The upside? I was able to go and buy the wrong curtain from the store for $50, and install it in the other bedroom. But why couldn't I buy it when they got swapped over?

::Hello I would like to make an offical complaint. I have been waiting for blinds since the 22nd of December after being told it would take 5 weeks for installation. Throughout this time I had to chase the company twice to try and find out a time for install. I was told it would be today 6/2- 230-530pm, and I therefore arranged to take off work unpaid to rush home for this. At 310pm I got a call from ‘Peter’ at South Melbourne to say jobs had run over in the AM and it could not be done? This is absolutely unacceptable to be getting this lack of notice. It should fall back on Spotlight to communicate and manage their fitters that are essentially representing the company and if a job is cancelled last minute, it should be moved to the next day and another booking -whereby someone had not already taken time off unpaid from work- could be shifted it out. I am actually quite furious about the lack of organisation and respect your company has shown for its customer base on this matter and will be sure to review the store poorly online and not recommend it to anyone in the future Regards

::UPSTAIRS IN THE SAME BUILDING AS WOOLWORTHS huge store with heaps of household stuff with a key emphasis on fabrics. Pillows, cushions, hobby materials, artificial flowers, bed linen, mats, table ware... the list goes on. Good quality and reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful and cheery. You can park for up to 2 hours free in the underground carpark.

::Tried to get someone out to quote made to order blinds. The guy (Ray) never showed up without a word. After ringing spotlight multiple times, another appointment was made a week later. Then Ray cancels that appointment too and doesn't answer my calls to reschedule. I actually can't believe how awful the customer service has been. One month later after I was meant to have a quote completed, still nothing. They clearly don't want to make a sale.
