  From my first phone call I have been very happy with SRD and Patrina who designed our kitchen with us. Communication has been excellent, with Patrina emailing me back quickly with all of my questions/ideas. The design was presented clearly and I am super happy with the end product! I was initially considering using Bunnings kitchens because of costs, but a word of mouth suggestion led me to SRD. The pricing of Bunnings was very comparable to SRD, but with Bunnings I would have needed to cut down cabinets etc to fit odd sizes. SRD were able to custom make the cabinets to fit. The installation cost we paid was very reasonable and well worth it! What would have taken us days if not a week, was done in a single day by the install team who were polite and did a great job. I would happily reccomend SRD to anyone. I will add photos once he benchtops /splashback are in.

  Terrible experience I had 2 draws done they were drilled crooked but that's ok I had my wife take them back as it should of been easy fix. When she arrived she was treated like she had done wrong an like she was an idiot very poor customer service skills from multiple people. They would not admit wrong doing but instead had 100 excuses why it was not there fault I will never go back at srd kitchens not because the draws were wrong but for the way they treated my wife.

  I have nothing but the highest praise for SRD kitchens. My 42 year old Kitchen and Laundry needed a major renovation. My builder, Dave Mason sent me to SRD . I had an image in my mind of what I was looking for ,but was sure I would have to change my plans. Theresa greeted me , listened to what I was hoping for, and spent hours with me ,helping to create my dream. My kitchen and Laundry are my dream come true, everything I was hoping for and more. I am absolutely delighted with the result and cant thank Theresa and SRD enough. I would highly recommend them and David Mason to anyone planning renovations
