::A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Our stay just before the Easter weekend was clean and comfortable, the staff were personable (even our Uber driver) and so handy to the centre of town. Hopefully we have the opportunity to return one day.

::We booked to stay here as a family. We couldn't make it at the last minute due to a medical emergency. Although the T&Cs stated the cost was non refundable, we wrote to them and their manager immediately agreed to a full refund. This hotel walks the talk on customer care and social responsibility. We haven't even stayed there yet and already think very highly of them. Can't wait to stay with them next time.

::What a fantastic location. From the moment you walk in you have old world charm with spectacular beach views. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and cafes or all are in the hotel. Generous room sizes and friendly local staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

::Beautiful views. The pool area is glorious. Foyer is lovely. Staff are very helpful. The king rooms are very nice especially the ocean view ones. I also stayed in a Junior Suite which I thought wasnt as nice, a bit more dated with a smaller TV and not mounted like the larger TVs in King rooms. Certainly not worth the extra cost. The room service food is nice but on the expensive side for what you get on a plate. The buffet breakfast is good value with a nice selection. The Restaurant does a wonderful steak and Lemon tart :) again the staff are very accommodating.

::Was a very comfortable stay. Large rooms with good views of the ocean. Very clean and neat. Had phone charger in the alarm clock was extremely useful because I left mine at home. Staff were helpful and very polite. Would stay again. Glenelg is a beautiful area of Adelaide.
