  Classy Hotel situated perfectly in the middle of the city. Great location for foodies to explore. Definitely gives the impression of grandeur once you enter the lobby. Rooms are spacious and the carpets are clean.

  Absolute disaster from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. Issues after issues, no valid solution offered, this place is simply atrocious. They ruined my partner's birthday with their incompetence and lack of care for the place. Checked in there in order to enjoy the rooftop pool. Place was absolutely freezing no one there, got in the jacuzzi, was cold. Ran away to the sauna to warm ourselves up, sauna is cold too. Ran to our bedroom to use the spa, spa is not working. Called reception. The bloke asked us if we filled the bath with water .....(thanks mate).....and said he will call back...he never did. Then had the brilliant idea to send a technician in our room at 8pm to fix the spa they can't be serious. Meanwhile we got delivered crappy pool food to our room as we couldn't handle the cold at the swimming pool and 10 minutes later my partner was spewing everything in the toilet, was sick for 2 hours then fell asleep...Perfect romantic night Stamford Thank you kindly.... Division manager Kathy the following day said that she will investigate the matter.............got back to me....surprise....she interviewed the chef and he said it was fresh.....fridge is at right temperature so that's it it was fresh my friend vomited to make her stay more enjoyable. I'm also not gonna mention not being able to use the steam function of the iron because it was broken or the iPhone dock because it's for iPhone 3's, if this is a 5 star hotel my house is the Grand Hyatt....Maybe in the 80's it was.... Anyway I would like to thank the team for compensating our horrible experience with the generous amount of $41 ............................. and allowing us to get the best rates for next time. Even if I could live there for free for 2 years I wouldn't approach this place ever again. Your service and problem resolution skills are pathetic. Had to explain my issues 5 times and the outcome is even more pathetic.

  Very good but very pricey. It's got a swimming pool, spa, gym, bar and restaurant. The swimming pool is not very deep and not very long. The gym has lots of fancy equipment its got all you need. The bar and restaurant is very nice. The room is great it's got a very comfy bed and sofa but the mini bar is very expensive if you want to watch a movie it costs.

  For a 5 star hotel it wasn't really that nice. Sure it was comfortable and the staff were very friendly but the facilities just didn't live up to the star rating. Though i would stay again if only for the location! It is central to everything. Close to train stations, great food and if you can't walk somewhere a quick team will do the job.

  Lovely atmosphere great service by staff and services offered by hotel. Facilities include internal rooftop pool, spa, sauna, gym and Restaurant. Our suite had a kitchen and plenty of space and bathroom included a spa bath. Easy access to many of Melbourne theatres shops and boutique cafes. Well worth the stay.
