  They gave me keys with no transponders and didnt fix my car and charged me $250 for nothing told me to return car to fords which was wrong advise as well useless locksmiths

  We desperately needed a locksmith here in Geelong when our door simply wouldn't open with certain keys and the keys that did work needed a special jiggle left and then right to make them work. Rick showed up 5 minutes earlier than the agreed time and had the lock fixed in no time at all. I can't believe how long we put up with a dodgy door handle. Cannot thank the guys enough for the work undertaken. All keys now work perfectly and no complaining form the kids. Thanks Rick
