  Not really about the bus stop or service it self but... Every morning at around 8:30 there's this woman sitting at the bench waiting for the 241 bus who is EXTREMELY rude. She has a short and chubby stature, red perms, sunglasses. I've seen many instances where she would just spit insults at others with no provocations. On the school bus I've seen her call a student a racist slur multiple times and when reported to the bus driver he didnt do anything.

  A bus stop outside of the common wealth bank. During business hours access to convenience stores off peak nothing available.
