  Michael and the team offer friendly and professional service. I have trained with other 'personal trainers' in the past at other gyms, and no one has ever had the knowledge of Michael and his staff. The workout is designed specifically for you and your circumstances...its not all about the number on the scales. After recovering from a recent operation, the staff were professional and knowledgeable in adjusting my training practices to suit my condition. I would recommend Studio One New Lambton anytime.   When I started at studio one I would have told you running and breathing were not things I could do at the same time. My weight just kept going up and my doctor was threatening to increase my blood pressure medicine. Within 2 years I ran my first Half Marathon and this year I produced a 3 minute personal best at the 10 km distance. My weight is stable my confidence has increased and best of all my Dr has actually DECREASED my blood pressure medicine!!! Michael and the team have taught me that exercise feels good and can be fun too.

  I have trained with Michael and the Crew at Studio-One since 2005 and always received the best of personal service. Michael and the team have assisted me in dropping a substantial amount of weight and guided me to sustainable weight control. In 2013, Michael and his team of personal trainers prepared me for my first Triathlon. I would recommend Michael and the Studio-One Team for your personal training needs, they know how to get you in shape and they run a mean spin class too.   Trainers that know their stuff and know how to motivate. The training facilities are great with well maintained equipment. I recommend Studio One.

  Had my first session last night and loved it. Michael was very knowledgeable as a trainer, and felt confident in his ability to help me achieve my weight loss goals. Aiming to go many times because the environment and people are enjoyable.
