::I have been attending regular classes on my lunch break in the City Studio since it opened in September 2016. I continue to go back day after day thanks to the amazing support and personal challenges that Sandy, Jon and Thuc set me each week. The team in the city studio are very welcoming and thorough with each individual that attends each and every class. Including body corrections, altering movements to cater for injuries/pregnancy and adding in additional challenges to those that want that bit more. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very professional but enjoy a good laugh. The studio itself is very modern and classy, the equipment is always clean and in very good condition. I highly recommend everyone come in and try one of their reformer classes, I guarantee you will get hooked!
