  The assistant manager Mark was extremely friendly and helpful. Went all the way to my car to help me check out the problems I had. Very friendly fella, keep up the good work!

  Reasonably helpful staff but she wasn’t going to go out of their way to help. But the store is well stocked.

  To get tools u have to look for what u want then u goota go get someone, in this case the front desk girl because the tool display is locked then go back and try to remember what you were just looking for being mechanic sometimes you like to feel the tools ... why not put in front of the desk so they can see you and then you can select and put in your basket... I can't be bothered with that so I won't shop for tools there any more...

  Great staff who are willing to help and are super friendly. They could do with more staff as they are usually serving multiple customers at a time. The prices are great too. Will definitely be going back.
