  Went to buy AdBlue. Staff didn't even know what it was!!!!! Turns out that they don't stock it, not really surprising. They must only want to cater for the crapboxes out there.

  TOTALLY DISGUSTED.... RACIST.... RUDE.... INCONSIDERATE.......RIPPING OFF IS BEING NICE THERE THEIVES THE 2 CAUCASIAN PPL MANAGER AND STAFF ALL HAVE ISSUES. NO.IDEA BOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE... WHY GIVE KIDS ADULT JOBS.... THEY ARE VERY POOR STAFF.SERVICE.EXPERIENCE .MAKES U FEEL SICK THAT UR ALIVE GOIN IN THERE.... THEY REALLY MAKE U UNWELL CHEAT U. THEN U HAVE TO DRIVE AWAY BEING SHAMED AND RUDELY SPOKEN TO BY STAFF THAT ABSOLUTELY. DNT EVEN SAY DRIVE SAFE. CAUSE HONESTLY THEY DONT CARE IF U LIVE ANOTHER DAY. THERE NOT THE GRIM REAPER...... THEY WILL ALL BE JUDGED.......SHAME ON U HEAD OFFICE HOW CAN THESE WORKERS BE SO RACIST ITS APPALLING. SUPER CHEAP AUTO THEY MAKE U FEEL VERY VERY CHEAP. AFTER SPENDING 4200$ALL UP ON PARTS FOR 2 CARS PMSL ALL CATALOGUE SALES ALL ON SALE......NOT THAT'S HOW THEY THEIVE U.....

  The manager has very poor customer service skills as was arrogant and rude that we were still deciding on what items to purchase at closing time. Made it a big deal that he doesn't get paid from this time. A manager nor any staff should show this kind of work ethic and be professional.
