  Very good customer service! Car battery died on boxing day and although they were really busy, a very friendly lady helped us fit the battery in our car. (Forgot her name but she looked like the store manager) Great discounts as well, 25% off all stock prices.

  I bought a sca wrench awhile ago, it broke halfway using it. Went in the shop had a chat and ended up upgrading to the Stanley tool set. I didn't get the persons name (older guy, probably the manager or owner), but the one he recommended had everything you'd need for while doing a diy job. That is sufficient to even change spark plugs. I must say he had been very helpful, knowledgable and customer service had been good. Highly recommend this Supercheap.

  Great customer service. My dad wanted me to pick up an air freshener, some indicator fluid and a bottle of steam for the raidiator last week. They were really helpful, they even look up what air freshener suits your car model whoa! Pretty cool ay

  Honoured the wrong price tag for $100 off a product, oops. Very good customer service regardless of my big discount.
