  They're friendly and knowledgeable, but their prices are higher than many other mechanics in the area. Also, some of the guys who answer the phone won't give you a straight answer on pricing. One person who answered my call just kept rambling each time I asked how much a particular service cost, and ultimately gave me no answers at all. The regular receptionist doesn't do this, however, and will give you a straight answer on pricing relatively quickly.

  Very disappointed to pay a premium for a Subaru $400+ service and they neglected to check tyre pressure. Beaurepaires where very shocked to hear I had picked the car straight from Subaru. I called Subaru and they would talk to the mechanic and call me back. 1 week later and still no call. It really concerns me that they missed such a simple thing and I really wonder what else they might have missed.
