    Stayed here one night on a work trip. Somehow managed a reasonable last minute deal for Sydney. It was great. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern enough. Staff were friendly and there was no waiting. Room service was delicious. Steak and wedges. Went back for a conference a few weeks later. Conference went smoothly. Some of the event staff were a bit half assed. But I didn't let that stop a really good hotel getting 5 stars. That 5 star deal was clinched by KC in the concierge team. I've not seen a guy work so hard to help guests with such a genuine attitude. Give that guy a raise and keep him out front.

    Room was lovely... beautiful comfy bed. Bathroom great shower/bath. Service was fantasic !! We were upgraded !!!! Top floor !! Pool was so lovely too !! We were very impressed... to top it off I received Birthday cake when returned to our room... it was so delicious and we had housekeeping pop in while we were out making bed and preparing our room for sleep with a little surprise in our pillow... the small touches made you feel special !!!

    Comfortable, clean room with all the amenities you would expect of a five star hotel. Friendly service. Breakfast options and standard amazing! Only let down was the spa - felt the changing rooms and floor could do with a deep clean! Lots of hairs on the floor. Jacuzzi colder than I expected. Would recommend this hotel but hope they focus a bit more on the cleanliness of the spa area.
